Refund policy

1. International Returns

For all orders shipped outside of Taiwan (excluding the European Union), we offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: To be eligible, items must be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Shipping: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Custom Items: Please note that custom CNC-machined projects or artisan keyboard cases (such as the gwŷdd65) have specific limitations on returns if they were made to order.

2. European Union "Cooling Off" Period

If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

  • Requirement: The item must be in its original condition and packaging, accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Refund Process (All Regions)

  • Inspection: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Method: Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Bank Processing: Please note it may take an additional 15–20 days for the credit to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
