1. Taiwan Domestic Shipping

Free Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders delivered within Taiwan.

Delivery Time: In-stock items (such as Vosteed knives) are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after processing.
2. International Shipping (Global)

Calculated Rates: Shipping fees for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the item and the destination.

Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred upon arrival in the destination country.

3. Processing Times

In-Stock Items: Orders for in-stock inventory are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

4. Risk of Loss & Delays

Transfer of Risk: Once your order is transferred to the shipping carrier, the title and risk of loss pass to you.
